Hi there! I'm Kim, the owner and lead designer behind It's Poppin' Balloons NJ. As a mom of three and a lover of celebrations, I'm passionate about adding a touch of magic to every occasion. With a keen eye for detail, I believe every moment deserves a bit of sparkle.

Pre-Pandemic, I owned a wedding planning company, when the pandemic hit and events were cancelled, I found myself needing to reinvent my path. Recognizing the desire for safe celebrations, I began offering balloons for "drive-by" gatherings. One order at a time, It's Poppin' Balloons was born!

I'm incredibly grateful for your overwhelming support and excited to continue creating magic for your special events. My mission is to bring joy and smiles, even if it's just for a moment. After all, life is precious, and celebrations should never be forgotten. Let's show up and bring the joy, no matter what the world throws our way! I'm here to help you celebrate every occasion.

Our Balloon Studio is located at 574 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains NJ 07444. All balloons can be ordered by filling out the contact form on our website where you can schedule your pick up, installation or delivery.

  • Its Poppin’ is based out of Morris County NJ (Pompton Plains) and serves the North Jersey area including: Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson and parts of Sussex, Somerset and Warren counties.

  • Yes, we have a $300 minimum for Balloon Installations (before installation/delivery fees)

    Our delivery minimum Is $150 (before delivery fees)

    Smaller orders can be picked up from our Balloon Studio in Pompton Plains NJ

  • Yes, we calculate delivery and installation fees on top of your balloon order. Our installation fee is 20% and delivery is calculated based on the distance from our Balloon Studio (located at 574 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains) to your event location at $4 per mile.

  • While we use only the highest quality balloons and materials, their lifespan can vary depending on several factors beyond our control. Balloons are, by nature, temporary items and can pop or deflate sooner than expected and will be adversely affected by extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, weather, rough handling, children, pets, rough surfaces and other uncontrollable factors. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are installed/delivered/picked up. Indoor balloons can last up to a month (no guarantees)

  • Once your balloons are set up, the breakdown is the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are interested in us coming back, we can do so for a fee. Please mention when placing your order.

  • We typically book up 8 weeks in advance for custom installations. As soon as you have an event date confirmed or know you have a celebration coming up, reach out! The more time, the better. :)

  • We work with top-quality latex and foil mylar balloons. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable, minimizing environmental impact. We advocate for smart balloon practices, including keeping them secure and weighted, never releasing them into the air, and properly disposing of them once used.
