Our standard rental period includes same day delivery and pickup between the hours of 8:00am and 11:00pm. Early morning setups and late night pickups will be subject to an additional charge. Want to keep them longer? No problem! We offer extended rental options as well based on availability.

Pricing includes any color of your choice. There are over 180 different preset color effects for you to choose from & they can even pulse to music!

We service all of North Jersey, some of central and the northern parts of the Jersey Shore. Contact our friends at LED Marquee Philly for South Jersey events.

Yes! However, we do require a backup plan in the case of inclement weather. Our marquees can withstand light rain, but would need to be moved indoors in high winds or heavy rain. We cannot setup outdoors if wind gusts exceed 20 mph.

We offer set up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface that includes turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers and sports courts. If you have any questions on where to position your marquees we would be happy to make a recommendation during our planning process.

Fill out our request form and we will check our availability and write up a contract and invoice. All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is due at time of booking to reserve your marquees and be added to our calendar. Please note, your marquees ARE NOT held for you until your deposit is received.

The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. If your event date is within the 7 Day window of your reservation the full balance will be due to reserve your letters on your date.
